NOAA IT Security Day 2010

The NOAA IT Security Office hosts the IT Security Day & Expo annually; comprised of security related sessions as well as a full exposition with industry-leading vendors. The target audience is users, managers, network administrators, and ITSO`s. In addition, all NOAA employees, past IT Security Day attendees and Department of Commerce employees in security positions will receive promotions leading up to the event. Past events all had over 200 attendees. Vendors are highly encouraged to participate in the Security Day sessions as they will gain insight into the latest happenings inside NOAA. This year's sessions will fall under the theme of the day "Protect Your Personal Information".
