Christy's expertise includes best practices for working with business development, finance, legal and information technology teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance.

Ray Schmidt is SkyePoint Decisions SVP, Contract & Partner Management and brings over 30 years of

broad business experience focusing on technology and enterprise operations management in startup and high growth environments. Ray has led technology and management teams across both the public and private sectors at organizations as diverse as the PCAOB, where he was founding CIO; and

MicroStrategy/Strategy.com, where he stood up multiple business focused technology organizations. His

areas of expertise include technology strategy, enterprise operations, program and portfolio management, and cloud solutioning.

Rocky Galloway is Senior Counsel at General Counsel P.C., and leads the Government Contracts Practice Group. Rocky counsels clients on legal issues that arise throughout the government procurement lifecycle, from proposal development to contract negotiation and execution. Areas of expertise include government procurement with a specialty in small business programs (8a, SDB, SDVOSB, WO), regulatory compliance and risk analysis/mitigation. Prior to joining General Counsel P.C., Rocky held leadership roles in legal, sales and operations for HP Enterprise Services in support of its government services business.

Daren Dewbre is a retired Marine and managing consultant in the SharePoint Practice at Xgility. Before joining Xgility Daren spend 5 years at QinetiQ North America. While at QinetiQ and subsequently at Xgility Daren advised executives at government contractors on improving business processes. He has architected solutions for program capture, task order management, contracts management, audit and business intelligence. Daren recently completed a M.S in Information technology from UVA.
