CMS CISO Cyber Security Day:  Cyber Wars!


The CISO Cyber Security Day is hosted by the Information Security Privacy Group (ISPG) at Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS). 

 

The Vision for ISPG is to provide leadership to CMS in managing information security and privacy risks appropriate for evolving cyber threats. The Mission is to enable the safe use of sensitive and privacy data while servicing the healthcare needs of the nation.   

 

The format for this event will include briefings from government and industry.  We are currently seeking presenters on the following topics:

  • Cyber Threats
  • The Different Types of Cyber Weaponry
  • Cyber Espionage
  • How individuals and businesses can protect themselves from Cyber Threats
  • The Global Impact of Cyber Attacks and the threats they pose

Table top displays from prime contractors and small businesses will be a highlight for information exchange and networking.
