Update On The Virginia Cyber Security Commission
Update On The Virginia Cyber Security Commission
In February 2014, Governor Terry McAuliffe issued Executive Order Number 8, establishing the Virginia Cyber Security Commission to "bring public and private sector experts together to make recommendations on how to make Virginia a leader in cyber security." On Tuesday, June 3, NVTC's Cybersecurity Committee will present experts from the Virginia Cyber Security Commission in a panel discussion. The panelists will address the Commission's mission and objectives, activities to date and future plans. This is your opportunity to hear directly from commissioners, ask questions, provide input and look to get involved. Please plan to join the committee for what will be a very informative event on Virginia's cyber future!
