Health and Human Services Cyber Security Awareness Day

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is the U.S. government’s principal agency for protecting the health of all Americans and providing essential human services, especially for those who are least able to help themselves.  HHS is responsible for almost a quarter of all federal outlays and administers more grant dollars than all other federal agencies combined.

The Cybersecurity Awareness Day will take place at the HHS HQ building in Washington, DC in the Great Hall and Auditorium. There will be a series of speakers within the auditorium, both government and industry. Please contact your FBC representative if you have a topic that matches the technologies of interest.  Past cyber events have attracted approximately 80-100 personnel for the sessions and other Federal Agencies will be invited to the event.

Exhibits will be held in the Great Hall and technologies of interest include: Network Security, Privacy best practices and tools, security for portable devices, Big Data, cloud security, health information technologies, Presentation systems, Training and Awareness programs, and wireless devices.
