8th Annual Young AFCEA Fiscal New Year Networking

The Young AFCEA Bethesda Chapter proudly presents the premier fall networking event for professionals in the federal IT sector to celebrate the successes of 2015 and to kick off the new fiscal year. The goal is to create a platform between government and industry to network and build partnerships. We bring together thought leaders in the government IT community with industry to exchange ideas and provide a detailed understanding of how government uses technology and to promote the importance and availability of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education.

This year, all proceeds will be donated to Challenger Center for Space Science Education, a national nonprofit that engages students in hands-on experiences to strengthen their knowledge in STEM. This organization aims to inspire students to pursue careers in these important fields, by broadening education horizons in keeping with the Challenger Space Shuttle crew’s original educational mission.
