Library of Congress Cybersecurity Awareness Expo

The Library of Congress is the nation's oldest federal cultural institution and serves as the research arm of Congress. It is also the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, maps and manuscripts in its collections.

The Library's mission is to support the Congress in fulfilling its constitutional duties and to further the progress of knowledge and creativity for the benefit of the American people.

The Cyber Security Awareness Expo is an integral part of the libraries effort to secure valuable information within the complex.  The office of the CISO is actively engaged in promoting the expo to the varied audience at the Madison Building. The 2014 event was well attended with personnel from the CIO office, CISO Office, and end users participating.
