NDIA Medical Research, Development and Acquisition in Support of the Warfighter

The Medical Research, Development and Acquisition in Support of the Warfighter Conference is co-hosted by the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC).  This event is the second in a series of events.  The first event took place in March 2015 and focused on USAMRMC missions, goals and objectives.  This second event expands to include the medical research, development, test and evaluation (RDTE) missions across the Department of Defense (DoD), and will include perspectives from Army, Navy, Air Force and the Defense Health Agency.  This event is an opportunity for science and industry representatives to learn more about the DoD RDTE missions, programs and gap areas and to better understand the complexities of military medicine in the complex environment within which the military operates. 

The DoD medical community provides world-class medical knowledge, countermeasures, and technologies to protect and sustain our service men and women throughout their military careers.  There will also be opportunities for representatives of  industry and academia to meet with DoD officials to discuss their pertinent advances in medical research through advanced development, as well as an exhibit hall for current products.  We invite you to come and participate in this unique opportunity to learn more about military medicine and to help us build a comprehensive and collaborative network.
