Speaker and Presenter Information
Paul Skalman
With over 22 years of experience including VA FSS contract negotiation, administration, policy review and input, Paul Skalman has complete knowledge of VA and GSA MAS Programs and possesses highly honed skills in navigating the complicated FSS contract process.
As the former Assistant Director for the Program Management and Resource Support team for the VA Federal Supply Schedule (VA FSS) Service, Paul managed a team that was a support group for the other three VA FSS contracting teams. Paul led the team responsible for VA & GSA FSS policy and regulatory change and implementation, developing the various schedule solicitations and associated requisite documents, and training for VA FSS contracting staff, schedule users, and industry. Paul is an experienced trainer and nationally known speaker.
