Fundamentals Behind the EAR



This course provides fundamentals about the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which are administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce. It covers basic export control concepts one needs to understand in order to execute core business operations at a manufacturer, research & development facility, or university in a compliant manner. After taking this course, you will walk away with a comprehensive understanding of the basis and scope of the EAR.

 

This course is made up of a total of 5 lessons. Each lesson is designed to concentrate on a specific topic and provide you with the fundamentals and basic ununderstanding of the EAR. Each lesson contains a video and a review that will need to be completed to proceed to the next section. Lessons may not be taken out of order. Total video lessons equal about 60 minutes.

 

When all lessons are completed, there is a final exam to test your knowledge. When you pass the exam you will be awarded a certificate of completion along with a digital badge to display on your profile and share with the community..
