**CHANGE IN PROGRAM**

Due to demands on the staff of ASA(ALT), ARCYBER and TRADOC an in-person program cannot be held. In its place will be an on-line briefing and information session on the FedBusOps announcement for this challenge. The requirement is planned for release to the C5 Consortium on July 7.
The in-person session at MITRE will not be held. In its place will be an on-line session.
Registration for the on-line session will be opened shortly.

**CHANGE IN PROGRAM**
The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Army Cyber Command and Second Army (ARCYBER & 2A), and TRADOC are conducting a series of Cyber Innovation Challenges.
The objective of the Army Innovation Challenge series is to engage relevant vendors with leading edge technology to assist in maturing Army Cyberspace Operations, utilizing prototype development awards via Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) authority.
The purpose is to rapidly assess and evaluate new cyberspace capabilities that build upon, re-use and augment existing cyber technologies and foster increased weapons systems maturity and awareness in the Army Cyber domain.
The contracting is accomplished by the Army Contracting Command at Picatinny Arsenal. The contract(s) are awarded to and through the C5 Consortium. Prospective bidders must first be members of the C5 Consortium.
This Challenge is the fourth in the series, which began in May of 2015.
