Road Map for Federal Protests
Exercise your preaward and postaward debriefing options in negotiated procurements. Get practical advice on a variety of protest related topics, such as how to obtain a contract suspension, how to use the rule of two to your advantage, and when you should challenge a modification to an existing contract. You will learn what, when, where and how to protest Federal procurements and what are the pros and cons of the protest forums. Protests at the SBA challenging both the size standard assigned to a particular procurement and the size of an awardee will be covered, including the SBA's affiliation rules.
