The October meeting will be at the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and the facilitator will be Rebecca Kehoe, a government contracts attorney with Cohn Reznick specializing in development of teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, subcontract cost/price analysis, time and cost negotiations, and administration of Multiple Agency and Government Wide (GWAC) FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, labor hour, and T&M type contract agreements and small business plans, outreach, and reporting.
Topic: Latest changes in requirements in DCMA’s Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR). Specific topics include:

The Round Tables begin and end promptly. The series consists of ten sessions- five moderated discussions on best practices and topics such as checklists for DCAA audits, business systems, and challenges of growth. The other five workshops will feature speakers, ranging from area specialists to customer representatives, depending on needs/ desires of Round Table participants.
Past speakers included a business systems specialist, a legal advisor on federal changes in contracting law, DCAA representatives, and a federal customer procurement officer.
