28th Annual Integrated Program Management Workshop

IPM 2016: The Premier Workshop on Earned Value Management

IPM Workshop 2016 provides unparalleled access to the world's experts on Earned Value Management, Agile and EVM and a range of Project Performance Management Techniques.

Join us for outstanding training, professional development and exploration of hot topics with practitioners and world leaders in performance management.

Professional Education Program

Our training program provides opportunities to improve basic and intermediate integrated program management knowledge and abilities. The key to our program is gaining a solid foundation in the principles of EVM and a thorough understanding of EVM data analysis techniques. Data analysis allows management to identify early deviations from plans and take timely and effective corrective action.

The integration of performance management, technical metrics and risk management processes are then introduced to the student. Finally, the capstone series integrates all of these elements and concludes with a case study demonstrating effective use of EVM. To satisfy training needs, the training program focuses on proven and effective processes that are broadly applicable in both industry and the federal government.
