ACT-IAC Small Business Alliance: Agile In Action, Fail Fast, Recover Quickly

Join the ACT-IAC Small Business Alliance on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 for Agile in Action: Fail Fast, Recover Quickly.  This half day seminar will shine a light on the Government’s shift to Agile services and its impact on both federal agencies and the Small Business community.  This event will gather leaders from a broad cross-section of Federal agencies to share lessons learned and best practices for making agencies efficient and cost effective using Agile services.

Discussion is expected around the following questions:

  • What operational barriers and frontline challenges have agencies encountered as they have begun to employ Agile methods?
  • How are agencies’ acquisition shops dealing with the change in mindset to Agile?
  • What is the best way to blend “in house” technical staff, external expertise from the GSA’s Digital Services / Technology Transformation group, and the contractor community to more effectively accomplish the mission of government?
  • How has the shift to Agile impacted agencies’ governance, processes, and culture?
