Gloria Larkin,

TargetGov

Gloria Larkin is President of TargetGov and a nationally known speaker, author, trainer and federal contracting business development expert. Her expertise has developed through creating TargetGov and helping large and small businesses nationwide win billions of dollars in federal contracts.

 

Ms. Larkin has been interviewed on MSNBC, quoted in the Wall Street Journal, INC Magazine, INC.com, and TheStreet.com. She is an expert author with articles regarding federal business development published in local, regional, national and international publications. She is the author of "The Veterans Business Guide: How to Build a Successful Government Contracting Business", now in the fourth printing, and the "The Basic Guide to Government Contracting: How to Sell Your Services and Products to the U.S. Federal Government."

 

Guy Timberlake

The American Small Business Coalition

Guy Timberlake is an experienced veteran of federal contracting with three decades of insights and instincts developed supporting mission-critical and daily business operations for civilian, defense and intelligence agencies.

 

As employee, owner or advisor, since 1988, he has been instrumental in helping small federal contractors:
- manufacture critical systems supporting intelligence and military operations;
- provide solutions and key personnel for agency infrastructure operations;
- acquire knowledge for using real-world tactics, tools and resources resulting in more efficient decision-making and lowered opportunity costs, and;
- develop better intelligence and relationships to identify opportunities, adding to the billions in revenues already realized by members and clients.

 

Guy serves on the Board of Directors of American Freedom Foundation and AFCEA International, is a Strategic Advisor to Govology, and engaged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Advisor to the Maryland Defense Network, a collaboration of the Department of Defense, Maryland Department of Commerce and Towson University.

 

Stephanie Zink,

Taurus Group is a small Woman Owned consulting firm (SWaM certified) located in the Washington, DC, metro area. Our Management Team has more than 25 years of experience helping companies deliver complex solutions in some of the world's toughest environments, offering high-quality, customized organizational design, business and proposal development, logistics management and project management solutions.

 

Taurus Group President Stephanie Zink has more than 12 years' experience launching, managing and working in multiple fast-paced PMO environments demanding strong leadership, organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. She brings strong planning, coordination and development skills for program/project development and management, proposal production and PMO best practices. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) in good standing.

 

With functional experience in all aspects of U.S. Government acquisition-support activities, Stephanie has managed requirements reviews, business and capture planning, proposal production and development, transition management and project execution. She has a valid certification in Federal Contracts Management. Her career has spanned training and executive support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA; to business planning and operations analysis for Northrop Grumman; to project and program management for an emerging defense contractor supporting a large U.S. Government indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract; to business development and capture planning for a large private security firm in the mission-support space.

 

Stephanie earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the College of St. Scholastica.
