2018 Directed Energy Summit

Co-sponsored by Booz Allen Hamilton and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), the Directed Energy Summit has become the premiere national forum to address the impact directed energy weapons can have in supporting national security and defense priorities.

Leaders from Congress and across the Department of Defense (DoD) concur that our nation is facing new and emerging threats from adversaries across a wide spectrum. 

This year’s event will again bring together more than 500 senior leaders from the U.S. government and defense industry to explore the value of integrating directed energy capabilities into this country’s order of battle.  With strong industrial base participation, directed energy technologies drive high-end job growth as well as addressing critical national security gaps.
