AFCEA Spring Intelligence Symposium

The 38th annual AFCEA Spring Intelligence Symposium returns to the NGA Campus East in Springfield, Virginia on March 19-20, 2019. This classified (TS/SCI) two-day flagship intelligence event is a forum for Intelligence Community professionals and an ideal venue for learning and networking.

The theme for the 2019 spring symposium focuses on the shift toward peer nation-state adversaries and its current, medium- and long-term impact on intelligence and national security. In particular, it emphasizes both operational strategies and technology investments being made by Russia and China, and how the United States is/can/should respond through its own investments, analysis, and operations.

This is explored through distinguished keynotes as well as panels focused on:
• The Return of Great Powers
• Rise of Artificial Intelligence
• Space as a New Frontier: Challenges & Opportunities of Publicly Available Space Collection
• Cyber Warfare: New Authorities & Operations
• The Weaponization of Social Media
• Quantum Computing

AFCEA also will honor the 2019 recipient of the AFCEA Charlie Allen Award for Distinguished Intelligence Service.

The Spring Intelligence Symposium Team looks forward to seeing you at the NGA Campus East, Springfield, VA, on March 19-20, 2019, for the AFCEA Spring Intelligence Symposium.
