Washington Technology DHS Industry Workshop

Getting New Solutions into CDM DEFEND

The Dynamic and Evolving Federal Enterprise Network Defense (DEFEND) task orders are designed to bring more flexibility to the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program. Agencies can now tailor implementations to meet their specific mission requirements, while vendors can continuously bring new solutions into the CDM program -- *if* they go about it the right way.

This Washington Technology / FCW event will explain the CDM DEFEND ecosystem, and explore the best ways to introduce a new product or service into that ecosystem for one or more agencies. Speakers from DHS' CDM Program Office, implementing agencies and key DEFEND systems integrators will discuss:

  • How DEFEND is designed to bring new solutions into CDM
  • The CDM Approved Products List, and how to get on it
  • What integrators on the DEFEND task orders look for in new CDM tools
  • How agencies are approaching DEFEND, and what they want to know about next-gen products and services

Join us for this in-depth discussion, and learn how to ensure your solutions are available to agencies through CDM DEFEND.
