50th Federally Employed Women National Training Program

Federally Employed Women (FEW) is pleased to announce the 50th National Training Program (NTP) at the lovely downtown Philadelphia Marriott, in Philadelphia, PA, from July 22 – 26, 2019.  The theme is “Commemorating Fifty Years of Training: Encourage, Empower and Elevate.”

Now more than ever we are dedicated to re-vitalizing training of employees through our NTP to better serve the Federal government. For 50 years, FEW is at the forefront of preparing individuals for successful leadership development training in the Federal government. In addition to our professionally skilled trainers, educational courses, and hands on developmental training, we are pleased to announce the continuation of our week long certification, Special Emphasis Program Managers, in support of the Federal Women’s Program. 

FEW’s NTP is the perfect place to excel to the next level in your career by gaining hands-on self-development and career enhancing tools that comply with the Office of Personnel Management's Executive Core Competencies.  What is so special about our training is that we have developed our courses with you in mind.  The NTP caters to your awareness via the support of our Agency Forums, your development of leadership skills via the course work offered, your career building via the networking opportunities, and most importantly your encouragement to go after your next career goal via our keynote speakers.  FEW is committed to ensure each attendee gets the most out of his attendance and has the opportunity to excel.
