The mission of the Federal Data Strategy is to leverage data as a strategic asset to grow the economy, promote transparency and increase effectiveness of the Federal Government.  Key government officials have been developing a long-term, government-wide Federal Data Strategy to leverage government data to allow use by the public, business and researchers. 

2020 will be a year of action for the Federal Data Strategy. The new Federal Data Strategy @930gov Conference will highlight the policy, activities (pilot projects underway) and benefits of this important aspect of the President’s Management Agenda.  Subject Matter experts from Government, Industry and Academia will share successes to date and expected benefits moving forward. 

The inaugural Federal Data Strategy Conference will be held in conjunction with Digital Government Institute’s 8th annual 930gov Conference & Tradeshow. 930gov is a fiscal year-end strategy exchange bringing together Government IT, program management, acquisition professionals and their teams to review FY2021 plans and explore new opportunities and is FREE.
