Graduate School USA (GSUSA) presents our third annual Federal Workforce Development Conference, designed to provide participants with tools and techniques that can help you enhance your performance and advance your agency’s mission. You will hear from federal agencies that have implemented innovative programs and federal leaders who have unique perspectives on today’s federal workforce.

The conference, entitled “Today’s Federal Workforce: Defining Pathways for Organizational Success,” will examine how to develop the tools and techniques to solve problems and issues, and create programs for a more efficient government. Conference sessions will be presented by 2019 Deming Award winning agencies — Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of State, Small Business Administration, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The Conference will showcase how developing and cultivating effective solutions for the everyday issues affecting the federal workforce can improve productivity, quality, and teamwork
