2020 Winter Global Public Policy Symposium

We are aware of the current global health crisis and how fluid it can be. Currently, the University will conduct all conferences virtually via the platform ZOOM.  In addition we are offering in person attendance.***

***Due to the global travel restrictions we may have ongoing changes as to guidelines for in person or virtual attendance offerings at our location in Riverside, CA (USA). Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, however we are prioritizing the safety and well-being of our conference participants by following all guidelines issued from public health officials and government agencies.***

The organizing committee of the Global Conference on Public Policy and Social Sciences invites all government officers, practitioners, researchers, academics, professionals, students and those interested to participate in attending the forthcoming symposium with the theme EMERGING ISSUES IN PUBLIC POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION.

The theme of this conference is concerned with emerging issues in contemporary society. Some of the key challenges of the present include: security, civil society, environmental sustainability, leadership and legitimacy.

The academic community, government, business community and the general public must rise to these challenges. These challenges are opportunities for all are to reconsider their ways of thinking and this must be reflected in government policies and actions.

This gives rise to the ethical dimension of the current discussions in economics, politics and the community. They are vital in tackling these challenges, and achieving the right balance between economic growth, environmental protection, and high quality of life for citizens. A comprehensive policy response to these issues needs to cut across all levels of society.
