The 2nd interactive webinar will help you understand how open your organization is and how open it could become as well the barriers you may face and the tensions you will need to manage.
You will leave this webinar knowing where your organization currently stands and what key areas you may want to focus on to become more open, including real examples and learning experiences in this journey.
