Analytics Case Study Part 3: Action



In part 3 of our Analytics Case Study series, we’ll address how to take action using the data and insights from Part 2 of this series. We’ll continue using our real world example of an agency to illustrate how to begin thinking about taking action, using your insights from the data.

 

You will need to have attended, or viewed Part 1 and Part 2 of our Analytics Case Study series, identified your website mission, goals and KPIs and understand how to tie your DAP Google Analytics reporting to your strategy.

 

We’ll walk through step by step, how to think about taking actions based on data and insights. The goal of the webinar is to empower you with a real world example about how to connect the dots between your website mission, goals, KPIs and insights, to begin taking action.

Tim Lowden manages the federal government’s aggregated web analytics initiative, the Digital Analytics Program (DAP), at the General Services Administration (GSA).

 

Freddie Blicher supports the Digital Analytics Program as an analyst and teaches courses in analytics across the D.C. area.
