VA Direct Access Program - VA Office of HR&A Human Capital Services Center Industry Day Virtual Business Opportunity Session

HCSC is one of seven Enterprise Centers funded through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Franchise Fund. HCSC supports continuing and emerging VA customer requirements while delivering best-in-class human capital services and capabilities to VA’s Administrations and Staff Offices. HCSC provides products and services, including learning management, employee development, internships and learning content to nearly 600,000 VA employees, contractors, volunteers and academic affiliates.

HCSC is seeking information from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) regarding moving toward an innovative agile single platform to manage talent development activities across the Department.

The scope of the Secretary’s goals involves implementing a solution that will support the future education and development of VA employees and other staff (e.g., trainees, interns, volunteers, and contractors). Key requirements and aspects of HCSC’s business requirements include, but not limited to:

· Learning Management Delivery (to include Face-to-Face management tools)

· Financial Management

· Recordkeeping, Accessibility, Operability

· Data Quality Auditing/Monitoring

· Mentor Management Tools

· Learning Content Development

· Digital Publishing

· Upgraded HR information systems to support future requirements and
reporting.
