EDGE 2020 Government Technology Event Series- US Patent and Trademark Office

From the producers of CES Government, the Government Business Executive Forum presents:

Innovation, Technology and The Future of Work

US Patent and Trademark Office

Live (LIMITED) In-Person and Virtual Attendance

Prior to our COVID-rocked world, the US Patent and Trademark Office led the Federal government in remote work practices, and not just telework.  USPTO had in place the processes and methodologies to measure productivity, secure communications and provide robust interaction within the USPTO and across its varied customer base.  Last year USPTO approved more than 370,000 patent applications, about 52 percent of the nearly 700,000 applications.

Our featured EDGE keynote,  USPTO Chief Information Officer Jamie Holcombe, has been driving innovation through artificial intelligence, analytics, security and advanced communications technologies to cut and improve the patent review process.  His presentation will focus on both the USPTO mission, innovation and acquisition strategy, and USPTO leadership as a model for the future of work.
