Town Hall: Budgets & Shortfalls

Most state and local fiscal years are coming to an end. This year is the first of several years of expected financial hardships and budget shortfalls. How are states and cities navigating through another fiscal crisis so soon after the Great Recession? What difficult decisions are they making as a result? And can states and cities budget better. We’ll explore these themes and more during this second Route Fifty town hall.
