The Association of Proposal Management Professionals - National Capital Area (APMP-NCA) is the authority for professionals dedicated to the process of winning business. Speaker and Presenter Information

The 2014 conference will begin with opening keynote speaker BJ Lownie, Director of Strategic Proposals LLC, among the first people to achieve APMP Professional level certification. BJ is a recognized proposal expert with more than 25 years of experience. More than 7500 participants have attended a workshop or presentation delivered by BJ.

The conference closing keynote discussion panel will be led by Kristen Dufrene, Vice President of Proposal Development at Engility Corporation. Kristin is also APMP Professional level certified, and is on the International Board of Directors for APMP. Kristin served as Chair of the Government-Industry Acquisition Task Force, a task force sponsored by the APMP to address disconnects between the FAR 15 DoD Government’s Source Selection and Industry’s Business Development Processes.
