Sturdivant, II, Assistant to the Director, Outreach Programs, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).As such, he is responsible for policy; strategic planning, outreach and the development and oversight of DHS’s small business programs (including, Minority, Women Owned, Veterans, & HUBZone firms).  Dan is responsible for activities and program implementation, DHS-wide, which would increase opportunities for the small business community nation-wide.
