BP-104 Creating an Innovative Technology Environment

This event qualifies for 0.8 CEUs

Synopsis: Today’s organizations need to have people who can develop new kinds of solutions to meet pressing demands.  Yet the words creativity and innovation often intimidate our people. Even if our organizations have creative people, our organizational cultures tend to suppress innovation.   This “minds-on” course will provide the tools and techniques to reverse these trends. On Day 1, we will focus on helping employees enhance their own creativity.  On Day 2, we will focus on how managers can create an innovative environment.

Expected outcomes: By the end of the course, the learner will have:

  • Learned and practiced a repertoire of techniques that can be used by the individual to unleash the power of creativity in themselves
  • Assessed how different geniuses used the creative process
  • Applied creativity to specific work situations and learned how to create innovative sessions at the office
  • Discovered the boundaries to innovation in an organization and how to break them down
  • The tools needed to make lasting change within their organizations
