At the same time, government is being asked to maintain and indeed increase their level of service and responsibility. This category management approach also takes into consideration factors such a total cost of ownership, supplier relationship management and demand management, and allowing the buying entity to make the most informed decision possible.

This webinar will discuss how category management, including lessons learned from private sector experience, can deliver sustainable cost savings and better value to the buying organizations in government.
