Global Demilitarization Symposium

NDIA hosts the 20th Annual Global Demilitarization Symposium, December 7-9, 2015 at the Hilton Parsippany in Parsippany, NJ. This event continues to support US Department of Defense and Industry in global efforts directed at reducing the stockpile of excess and obsolete strategic, tactical, and conventional munitions. The Symposium will feature keynote speakers from the U.S. Army, industry presentations, and table top exhibits. The agenda focuses on strategic demilitarization/disposal requirements, demilitarization R&D efforts resource recovery, recycling, and reuse operations and programs; sale of recovered demilitarization materials; and environmental, safety and policy issues that affect the Demilitarization Enterprise.

PAPER CLASSIFICATION
This event is UNCLASSIFIED. The meeting format has been established to support individual presentation of technical papers by military, government, and industry executive and technical personnel.

ABSTRACTS
Individuals are required to submit a concise abstract of 5000 characters or less no later than October 16, 2015. Authors will be notified whether or not their proposed paper has been accepted for presentation the week of October 30, 2015.

Oral presentations will be limited to twenty (20) minutes, including five (5) minutes for questions.
