The cyberattack risks faced by government, military and intelligence organizations have never been greater. Yet the digital life of citizens and war-fighters alike demand delivery of business communications electronically, securely, and reliably.

This complimentary breakfast briefing will feature LtCol Joy Kaczor, Deputy Commander of the 67th Cyberspace Ops, USAF. The 67th Cyberspace Operations Group is the Air Force’s only group tasked to execute worldwide offensive cyberspace operations. The Group readies and employs over 250 Airmen in 5 geographic locations worldwide to conduct network attack and exploitation. Additionally, the unit presents Secretary of Defense-directed special network warfare capabilities for the Air Force, joint task force, and combatant commanders.

We’ll also discuss how a McConnell AFB modernized its data network to make its network invisible to scanning techniques used to uncover network and develop a plan of attack. This stealth network protects critical assets and infrastructure from detection.

We’ll then take a look at how agencies are implementing a variety of emerging technologies such as IP video surveillance, the Internet of Things, on-person video, mobility and wi-fi with security in mind. This briefing will also explore the trends that are spurring digital and cultural transformation in government while driving down cost, preserving privacy and stemming security risks.

Features:

  • In-depth discussion of the technology and business communications needs of complex global government agencies.
  • Insight from federal officials on the frontlines of delivering transformation in their agencies using IT.
