Over the past 25+ years ACT IAC’s Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) has been THE place where government and industry leaders have gathered in an interactive and collaborative setting to discuss how to better execute the mission of government. This year, there are three tracks revolving around the theme:

- Mission Engagement: Engaging a broad set of constituencies to deliver better outcomes
