NCMA’s SubCon Training Workshops (SubCon) provides comprehensive subcontracts training led by experienced industry and government practitioners. This year, SubCon consists of both workshops and breakout sessions.

Choose to spend a full day in a single-topic immersion workshop or six one-hour breakout sessions on multiple topics—depending on your training needs. We recommend experiencing both! Choose a workshop on Thursday and breakout sessions on Friday, or vice versa.

WHO ATTENDS?

Industry procurement professionals and managers from small- and mid-sized businesses will benefit from learning about compliance requirements and leading and interacting with teams and organizations.

Government buyers and program managers will learn the requirements the government places on subcontractors, prime contractor responsibilities, and government responsibilities when subcontracts are involved.
