SCOPE
The Hot Topic will include over 300 government, military and industry professionals, including senior-level executives from industry partners of aviation related systems used by the U.S. Army. Government and military attendees will include key leaders involved in the research and development, procurement, sustainment, and training process for U.S. Army Aviation systems.
OBJECTIVE
The Army provides our Nation with the ability to prevent, shape and win in the land domain. Army Aviation is a professional, modernized aviation force focused on our ground forces while generating options for Combatant Commanders in any condition through increased Reach, Protection and Lethality – to win in an ever increasingly complex world.
The AUSA Army Aviation Hot Topic provides a forum for professional dialogue among senior Government officials, military leaders and industry executives regarding Army Aviation’s approach to man, equip, train and sustain the current and future Aviation force to meet today’s global commitments and to conduct Multi-Domain Operations in support of the Joint Force. This event offers attendees a unique opportunity for senior leaders to participate in panel discussions to address doctrinal, materiel, training, and sustainment solutions to prepare agile and adaptive Aviation leaders to win in complex operating environments. Senior leaders will share their thoughts on future aviation requirements, operations, logistics and acquisition to best equip and sustain the future Aviation war fighter in support of ground maneuver. Panel members will also be available for challenging questions from the audience.

Online registration is now closed. On-site registration will begin on 5 September from 0700 until 1600.

Eligibility
The AUSA welcomes all AUSA members, employees or consultants of AUSA Member companies, military and civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.
AUSA accepts checks, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment. Please do not send in your registration form without payment – we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received. Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 29 August 2019. No refunds for cancellations after that date. Registrations received after COB 29 August 2019 will not be pre-registered. Individuals who would like to register after 29 August 2019 will need to do so onsite on September 5.

Accommodations for this hot topic have been arranged at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza.
Reservations must be made by the cut-off date to guarantee the room rates. Any reservations made after the stated cut-off date will be on a space and rate available basis only.
Rooms are subject to applicable tax. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one-night deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay prior to arrival.
