Business Over Breakfast� - Columbia

The ASBC's Business Over Breakfast is a weekly small group networking opportunity for those with interest or involvement in Federal Government Contracting. The original Business Over Breakfast group still meets at 7:30am every Wednesday at the Tower Club in Vienna, VA.

The Columbia, MD meetings will take place the third Friday of each month at Le Madeleine in Columbia Crossing Shopping Center.

There is no registration fee for this event, simply pay for what you eat and drink. The objective is to facilitate introductions and conversation which leads to potential business pursuits amongst our guests. Typical gatherings range from six to fifteen guests, most somehow involved in federal procurements

Business Over Breakfast started more than a dozen years ago as the Advanced Business Development (ABD) Breakfast started by three Navy and Marine Veterans who were also very active in the business. Since they liked each other (though you couldn't always tell when the Navy/Marine rivalry heated up) and trusted each other they did business together. Soon, others joined the weekly gathering and more business took place.

So ABD lives on through The ASBC as a tribute to the original members who still participate when they are in town. Stop in and have a plate of S.O.S. as a tribute to Jack Moore (USMC) who may surprise us by dropping in from Florida for a plate of his own!
