Christine J. Wade is the CEO and founding partner of CaaSus LLC, a firm that provides Federal regulatory, cost accounting and audit support via a Compliance as a Service model to US Government contractors nationally. Much of Ms. Wade’s current work focuses on enabling small and mid-market companies access to high quality, government contract expertise to facilitate increased growth while decreasing their Federal compliance risk profile. Prior to leading CaaSus, Ms. Wade served as both a government contractor and a government contract consultant for the Big 4 and regional accountancies. She has extensive experience with FAR, agency supplements, business systems and Federal audits as well as with large-scale ERP, Remediation and Business Process Improvement efforts, Program and Financial management, PreAward and Contract Lifecycle administration, Data Integrity, Knowledge and Records management support. Ms. Wade has published articles on various Federal Acquisition topics and teaches courses for private companies and government contracting industry associations. She holds a BA from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
