SKLU-Simple Key Loader User's Conference

Hosted by US Army Product Director Crypto & Network Initialization, the Simple Key Loader (SKL) User's Conference will be held in Lake Tahoe, Nevada on July 28-July 29, 2010.

Over 350 attendees from the Army, Navy, Air Force and industry will come together to receive relevant SKL program information briefings and hands-on SKL training. Briefs will be from the Army, Air Force, Navy, SNC and various Subject Matter Experts from the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) Community. The hands-on SKL training will be conducted the second day of this event. Procedures required to effectively operate, manage, distribute, identify, and load key and data will be provided in addition to the required actions to access, manage, distribute and display SOI data.

About Army Key Management System:
The Army Key Management System (AKMS) is a fielded system composed of three sub-systems: Local COMSEC Management Software (LCMS), Automated Communications Engineering Software (ACES), and the Simple Key Loader (SKL). AKMS supports joint interoperability while limiting access to and decreasing the vulnerability of Army command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems.
