American Express OPEN and NYC SBS present NYC Teaming: Marketing Your Firm

Earlier this month, more than 50 small business owners gathered at the first 2014 NYC Teaming workshop at the offices of the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS). The workshop, presented by American Express OPEN and the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS), was the first in a series of events designed to help local business owners learn how to strategically partner with other firms to qualify and bid on larger contracts.

To continue to help small businesses market to potential teaming partners and buyers, the next NYC Teaming workshop will take place on Tuesday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the NYC SBS headquarters. The second workshop – titled “Marketing Your Firm” – will focus on helping small businesses owners position their company to potential partners and align with the needs of potential buyers.
