The ACT-IAC Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) is the premiere collaborative and educational event in the government IT community. First held in 1991, ELC brings together 850 senior executives from government and industry, with a 1:3 (government to industry) ratio, in order to collaborate on strategic and high priority issues.
