Martha Rubenstein has been NSF CFO since May 2010 and has worked at NSF since 1997. Before coming to NSF, Rubenstein began her career at the Bureau of Labor Statistics where she was responsible for budget analysis and management information systems development. She later worked at the Office of Management and Budget where she directed OMB's decision support system, oversaw the system's design and enhancement, and its use in supporting OMB's governmentwide budget exercises.
