Subcontract Management Training Forum 2015

Join us for the Subcontract Management Training Forum (SMTF) taking place March 12–13, 2015, in Tysons Corner, VA at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner.

The Subcontract Management Training Forum is a new NCMA training event. Attendees will gain valuable education to overcome challenges and improve their skillsets in subcontract management. Topics will focus on relationships with primes, winning quality work, teaming arrangements, and growing business. These two days will include keynote presentations, candid executive panel discussions, custom sessions, and making connections with professionals in the same area of interest.

Who Attends

Buyers, specialists, prime and subcontract managers from private and government organizations responsible for purchasing, accounting, proposal preparation, engineering, materials managements, and law, involved with developing bills of material, interdivisional work agreements, pre or post award surveys and other reports, deliverables, and authorizations as well as developing or supporting contract purchasing system reviews, internal and external financial audits, teaming or support agreements, etc.

This event is tailored to anyone whose job requires the facilitation of relationships involving prime and sub-contractors. We welcome business professionals from all government agencies as well as prime and subcontractors who will be able to interact with federal agencies involved with subcontract management, including the Small Business Administration, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Defense Contract Management Agency, and the Department of Labor, among others!

Also, attending is a great way to earn CPUs/CPE hours; each attendee will receive 12.5 hours for their participation in the two-day training forum.
