2015 NEC & EXPO

We anticipate another great conference this year in Minneapolis. This year's conference will run from Tuesday through Thursday again. We have retained many of the features that our 2014 attendees told us they enjoyed the most. We look forward to providing exceptional education once again at the largest annual gathering of government meeting professionals.

SGMP’s 33rd annual conference is April 28-30, 2015, at the Hilton Minneapolis and the Minneapolis
Convention Center. Our National Education Conference & Expo (NEC) is the biggest annual event in the government meetings industry and is where government professionals from across the country come together for one-stop and non-stop education, resources and networking. The event kicks off with the opening of the Expo Hall on Tuesday afternoon and culminates with Thursday’s general session and closing reception.

The NEC features:

Education sessions by industry experts on topics across the spectrum of your profession.
Significant professional networking opportunities throughout the event, including the largest gathering of key exhibitors in the government meetings industry.
A wide variety of optional pre-conference programming—including the Certified Government Meeting Professional (“CGMP”) course and exam—is also available and would add even more contact hours with your participation.
