Guidance straight from former EEOC attorney and MSPB AJ Sam Vitaro ...

Join Mr. Vitaro for his authoritative review of recent trends in sex discrimination claims, OPM’s best practices for the treatment of an employee transitioning from one gender to another and the EEOC’s updated  guidance on pregnancy discrimination under the ADAAA — so you’re prepared to make proper decisions  and avoid claims being reversed.  In just 90 minutes, you’ll learn:

  • When and why Title VII protects homosexual and transgender employees from sex discrimination
