The Hire America’s Heroes STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) Career Fair will feature a variety of 30-minute presentations to build participant skill sets for transitioning to the job market, LinkedIn one-on-one help to maximize your LinkedIn account, career coaches and employer representatives with active job openings.  Check this page for updates on participating employers.

Workshop 10:00-10:30 –   STEM:  Education to Innovate

Learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and the impact it has on the world and the workforce of the future.

Workshop 10:45-11:30 –  Let’s talk Transition

Engage with Veterans from Intel and PG&E to learn how they used their military experience to land a job at in the corporate sector and become a key contributor to the business.

Preregistration for this event is required:

Please follow one of these registration links below for either a Job Seeker, Employer Exhibitor, or Volunteer to register for this event.  Once you are a valid registered participant, additional instructions and tickets will be sent to you.  All registered participants will receive admission (tickets) to the career event on Friday, June 26th.

Military Job Seekers will also receive a reserved-seat tickets for the NASCAR race on Sunday, June 28th, on a first come first serve basis upon entry on June 26th so plan on arriving early for the workshops.  Tickets are limited and graciously provided by Sonoma Raceway.
