Donald Names is the Deputy Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, Department of the Navy. He provides guidance, oversight direction and coordination to the Office of the General Counsel, the Judge Advocate General Central Office, Command and field attorneys with respect to substantive legal matters in all areas of civilian personnel law. Mr. Names previously served as Counsel for the Office of Civilian Human Resources, and held numerous positions over the course of 20 years in the Office of Federal Operations of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
