2016 RadWaste Summit



Plan to join us for the 10th Annual RadWaste Summit this September to focus on educational content that covers the full spectrum of commercial and federal radioactive waste management, including from the U.S. DOE, DoD, EPA, Army Corps, utilities, disposal and treatment vendors, and more.

Just Added! We have added the option for attendees to participate in a tour of the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for September 6, 2016 before the start of the 2016 Radwaste Summit. The NNSS conducts high-hazard operations, testing, and training in support of the NNSA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and other agencies. Points of interest during the site tour include Mercury, NV, the Frenchman Flat, the Nonproliferation Test and Evaluation Complex, the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Site, the Sedan Center, the T-1 Training Area, and the Apple II Houses.

 

Plan to come early to the RadWaste Summit to attend this educational tour! Transportation will be arranged to and from the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and the NNSS. Buses will depart at approximately 7:00 a.m. Tours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. This tour is limited to the first 45 registrants, so confirm your spot early!
