This event includes a social networking hour with cash bar, and a follow-on dinner with special quest speaker Mr. Dan Bradford, SES Deputy to the NETCOM Commanding General.  Enjoy this relaxing time at the Windemere Hotel and Conference Center after a day of listening to discussions at the Community Outreach event conducted by the Army Contracting Command Huachuca Division.

Speaker and Presenter Information

Mr. Daniel Bradford assumed his current position 2 April 2007 as the Civilian Deputy to the Commanding General and Senior Technical Director, NETCOM/9th Signal Command (Army). Before assuming his position, Mr. Bradford was the Director of the Technology Integration Center, U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), at Fort Huachuca, Ariz. He was responsible for multiple teams that tested and performed technology insertion of state-of-the-art networking, multimedia, security, and computer technology for the Army enterprise.

Mr. Bradford began his career with the U.S. Army in 1980 as a Second Lieutenant and entered civilian service with the Defense Department in 1984. His background includes project and system engineering experience for Defense Satellite Communications System earth terminal complexes, system integration tasks in Europe for 5th Signal Command, and network design and engineering support for Program Executive Officer and Project
Manager programs. Mr. Bradford was responsible for the engineering and installation of multi-million dollar earth terminal complexes for DoD and classified users around the world from 1980-1989.

He served as a Branch Chief for USAISEC-Europe and 5th Signal Command from 1989-1992. Upon his assignment to Technology Integration Center, USAISEC, in 1992, he was assigned as a team leader for network testing and design. He was appointed as Chief Engineer of the TIC in 1996 and Director in November 1999.

Mr. Bradford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from Texas A&M University (Kingsville) and a Master of
Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the
University of Arizona in Tucson. He is also a 1992 graduate of the Army Management Staff College and a 2005 graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows program at HarvardUniversity in Cambridge, Mass.
